Chris Jackson // West Virginia Wedding Photographers

A relaxed wedding along the confluence of the Meadow and Gauley rivers.

Mandi and Franks’s WV Wedding by WV Wedding Photographer Chris Jackson Photography was, well, let’s put it some what last second. About a month or two out they contacted me to document their wedding at The Confluence Resort. I was open and always willing so we finalized a package and booked it. We met up for a quick sunset engagement along Beauty Mountain and learned that these two are super chill.

Laid back couples always make for the best wedding days. Stress is always going to happen, but it is easy to deal with it day of the wedding when you know the bride and groom are more relaxed than you. Day started with a short getting ready shoot with both Mandi & Frank, getting the details when I could. The wedding was held at the overlook on a pristine late September day. The ceremony was short, but the bubble exit was long, haha. It was awesome!

After formal photos, the families departed and we did a quick couples shoot and moved over to the reception area for intros, dancing and dinning. That isn’t too much more to say. Mandi and Frank are top-notch people and their wedding went flawlessly. Here are some of my favorites.
