Mary Beth and Aaron’s wedding turned out exactly how Mary Beth said it would when I met with her over winter at Taylor Books – wild. The two are madly in love and it was a blast to capture the moments that expressed this. It was an incredible day. I’d never shot a wedding where the groom gave a ring to his step-daughter and danced with her. Such joy to see how Aaron loves her like his own daughter. I was humbled to witness it and privileged to document it. It was awesome having my friend and photographer who I greatly admire, Shane Warren, work this day with me. He captured a lot of captivating frames and they are included below.

After the ceremony at the Charleston Marriott, we raced to the Captiol for some family and wedding party photos. Then we headed back to the reception. The reception area was dialed with some incredible floral arrangements from Wildwood Watters – they do fantastic work, hit them up. below are some of the best images that tell the story of their day.
